I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, although the taxes added to the fees were a bit of a surprise. Mr Khanna, the duty manager, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The service was prompt and the restaurant, Mosaic, stood out for their excellent hospitality. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and malls. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a positive experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a cozy and hygienic room but experienced a power outage on our second night, which took 20 minutes to resolve, although I felt warmly welcomed from the moment we checked in at the reception. The staff even upgraded me to a poolside room.
